like about this person is.
To do this, list down all the things that this person did that
makes you fly off the handle. Be honest with yourself. Do not attempt to rationalize your feelings. Always remember
that you will not be able to get to the root of your anger problems if you are not honest with yourself. Once you
find out why this person makes you feel really angry most of the time, deal with the source of your anger properly.
